Here at Crossfit Deliverance community is super important to us. We have been told many time that when people first move here this is where they make their first friends in the area. Being around other people with similiar goals really helps out in your fitness journey.

The owners believe that there is greatness in everyone, but most individuals never get the chance to find that greatness. “Support” & “Dedication” are the key words. Most people never get the support from their family, friends or community and thus never stay dedicated. Amy & James received support to be at the amazing place they are and they want to pass that forward! They see CrossFit Deliverance as the “Giant”, the “Support” that you never had, a rock that you can find strength in, consistency in, success in. They are Dedicated to you! Once you find that success then you too can become a “Giant” that your Family, Friends and Community can stand on.

Group classes are lead by one of our amazing coaches. Classes are great for people of all ages and skill levels, because work outs are written in a way in which they can be scaled to fit individual needs.

ACCELERATOR COURSES


Accelerator Courses are a great way to improve your abilities in specific movements in a group setting faster then in a normal CrossFit class. All courses are 4-12 weeks long and meet 1-3 days a week. Expect home work and to work hard.
