We know that Crossfit is hard, and that it can be intimidating for newcomers to get started. That is why we offer our first month Foundations package. Foundations includes five 1:1 30 minute training sessions with one our amazing coaches, and your first month of crossfit. The 1-on-1 sessions are designed to teach many of the foundational movements of Crossfit, so that when you show up for your first group class you can feel more confident.
